I bet y’all thought I was never coming back to update this blog, didn’t you? Honestly, I didn’t know when I was going to make my way back here… but I was listening to this song tonight when it suddenly occurred to me that it was Monday. A quick check of the clock proved I still had time to do it, so allow me to present.. <insert drumroll>… my first Music Monday in nearly two years!

(Oh dear lord… has it REALLY been that long?! That makes me sad.)

My oldest son clued me in about this song. I rarely listen to the radio anymore (god, I must be getting old), so I’m basically clueless about new music anymore. Luckily, he’s pretty good at guessing which songs will catch my attention. He recently told me I needed to check out this video and give this song a listen, that he was pretty sure I’d like it. And he was right. I did like it. I think it’s a great song, and the video is fun and entertaining to watch.
